Refund policy

Full refund within 14 days

If you are not happy with JobIndex Pro, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email support@jobindex.space from the address you signed in with, or reply to your payment receipt. We handle refund requests and process approved refunds through Whop.

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. After we process your refund, your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show them.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. After 14 days, a payment is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
