Adobe Tech Forms Designer

Project description The Adobe Tech Forms Designer helps shape how forms are implemented in an agile environment and supports the delivery and improvement of forms, information-capturing, and related automation products. The position sits within the Information Capturing Crew in India and the Client Document and Records Management area. Responsibilities • Perform initial form design and handle bulk form-design work, including textual changes, according to defined guidelines. • Review requirements and configurations, identify gaps or discrepancies, and ensure system technical requirements are addressed. • Test forms and solutions, analyze the root causes of defects, and implement fixes. • Walk Source IT teams through test scenarios. • Produce production handover documentation. • Participate in post-production verification checks. SKILLS Must have • 5+ years of experience as a Adobe Tech Forms Designer. Technical skills / expertise: • Experience with Adaptive Forms, XD, XFA design. • Experience with Adobe Pro, Adobe LiveCycle or AEM Designer. • Scripting knowledge, particularly JavaScript, • Knowledge of XSD, XML and Git. • Accessibility, Typographic and design knowledge. Professional skills: • Able to work independently within given instructions and meet deadlines. • Comfortable working under time pressure and high workloads. • Well organized, with an ability to priorities and create efficient processes. • Client-focused and a problem solver. • Very good English is required; German is desirable, while other languages are advantageous.
