Talent Relations Manager

The Ringer is looking for an experienced Talent Relations Manager to work with high-profile talent and book guests across our slate of shows. You’ll partner closely with our content teams, hosts, and producers to identify compelling talent opportunities and strategically book guests who connect with each show’s audience. You’ll bring strong relationships across the entertainment industry, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for podcasts and culture. What You'll Do Who You Are Where You'll Be The United States base range for this position is $92,126–$131,609, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
